To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return my item/s?
- Enter your Email Address and Order Number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return/exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with a link to generate your returns label which can be printed at the Post Office using the generated QR Code.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of recieving your order.
- Items must be in original condition with no damages to the product or the packaging. Do not stick anything on Shoe Boxes/Original Bags as this will void your return.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Are there any charges for a return?
- Returns and exchanges are FREE provided you order is processed through our returns center.
- Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and not completely different products.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received by our returns team, it takes approximately 2-3 working days to process your returned item. The returns team will then inspect your item/s and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your returned item/s have been approved, then your refund will be processed. It will automatically be applied to original method of payment. Once the refund has been processed it normally takes 3-5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Please note if you had received a free gift/product upon ordering during one of our promotional offers and would like to return you order, then you would also need to return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order. Should you return your order but keep the free gift/product, then the value price of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund of the order.
