The FR Vincitore Eventer Rein

The FR Vincitore Eventer Reins feature an innovative and patented safety connector combined with a slim profile rein design and safety grip panels for extra feel and grip, even in the worst conditions. 

The connector has been designed to release when high loads are applied, for example if the horse or rider is caught in the reins or if the reins get snagged on a gate or stable but stay secure when they need to - even if there’s a huge buck, the rider ‘hails a cab’, jumps a hedge on the buckle or a pony dives for grass! The FR Vincitore Eventer reins are designed in Britain and crafted from a slim profile high-quality leather with soft bio-grip coating and additional rein stay panels to offer unrivalled grip, sensitive communication and exceptional rider comfort.

The FR Vincitore safety system is the result of years of careful design and extensive testing at AMRC Cymru, part of the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre’s network of cutting-edge research and development facilities. Its experts extensively tested the quick-release connector at its state-of-the-art facility in Broughton and the result is safety reins that you use just like ‘normal’ reins, but that release in a split second when you need them to.  

The FR Vincitore Eventer Reins are available in Black or Havana Brown leather in Pony, Cob or Full size, and you can choose from a Chrome or Gold coloured quick-release connector for the ultimate combination of style, substance and safety. There are three safety connector options to choose from depending on the rider’s weight, so they are suitable for children, men and women.  FR Vincitore reins are British Eventing and British Showjumping legal, and you can buy replacement connectors (you can reuse the same one up to three times).
