I ordered these boots expecting a new pair and unfortunately they were definitely a previous return and had a damaged zipper. Besides that they were in general nice boots true to size and looked nice quality. I did have a really great experience with the GS Customer Service team who organised a refund for me for the faulty product with only a few emails exchanged with photos etc. Have happily re ordered a different pair of boots from the same business.
