Select InPost as your delivery option and choose a locker or shop close to home, work or uni. When your order has landed, InPost will ping you. Pick it up when it suits you. Scan or show your QR code, then skip off into the sunset.

Need to return an item? Create your QR code and pack your return up. No labels needed - InPost's couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel. Just place all return items in a single parcel. Pop to your local locker or shop. Scan, drop and off you pop.

Collecting A Parcel
1. InPost will send you an email and a text with your collection code. If you have the InPost app, you can track the progress of your parcel, and your collection code will pop up on the app when it’s available at your chosen location.
2. Orders are held at the collection location for 3 days from the day they arrive before being returned to the retailer. You will receive SMS reminders from InPost before the parcel is returned.

1. Create your QR code and pack your return up.
2. Pop to your local locker or shop.
3. Scan, drop and off you pop. No labels needed - InPost couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel. Just place all return items in a single parcel.

How to collect with InPost.

When you select InPost at checkout, they will let you know when your parcel arrives at your chosen location. To open the locker, scan your QR code or open the door remotely in our app. If you’re using
a shop just show your QR code to a staff member.

How long do I have to pick up my parcel?

Once your parcel has landed in your locker of choice, you’ve got 3 days to pick it up. InPost will send you a nudge when there are 24 hours left.

How do I track my parcel?

You can find your tracking details in the InPost app, or check your inbox for an email from InPost where there’s a handy link to track your parcel.

When can I collect my parcel?

InPost will send you an email the moment your parcel arrives. If you’ve got the app, you’ll also get a notification from them. Most of their lockers are 24/7 so you can pick up whenever it works for you – just make sure you pick up within 3 days.

Can a friends or family else up your parcel?

Yes they can - just send them a screenshot of your QR code. Alternatively, they can use your collection code (sent to you via email) and mobile number to grab your goodies.

Do you need an ID to collect your parcel?

No you don’t. If you have ordered your parcel to an InPost Shop simply show your QR code to the staff member for them to scan, this contains a pin that can only be used for your parcel.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Where do I find my nearest InPost Locker or Shop?

Pop your postcode into the InPost finder.
This can be found at inpost.co.uk/lockers.
Most lockers are available 24/7, and can be found at your local supermarket, train station or convenience store. Just make sure to double-check if there’s space before you drop off your return.

How do I use InPost for my return?

Select InPost to create a QR code.
At the locker, scan the code from your phone. If you’re at a locker , you will get the option to choose your locker size. For shops, show the staff member your QR code to scan, and hand your parcel over.
Pop your parcel inside your locker, or hand it to the staff member. Job done.
Psst: remember to put all items from the same order in one parcel. InPost will take care of the labels. The max. parcel size is 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

How long will my InPost return take?

InPost aims to deliver all returns within 2-5 working days.

During busy periods, the wait time may be longer.

Do I need to print a label when returning a parcel?

Nope. They will send you a QR code – then
you can simply scan it at the locker, drop your parcel off and go. Their courier will add the label when they pick it up.

Can I check if a locker has space?

The InPost app shows you live locker availability and see what size compartments are free. If a locker is full, it will suggest alternatives near you. Check their ‘Find a locker’ section, at inpost.co.uk/lockers. You can also check live availability on their website.

How big are InPost Lockers?

The largest lockers can fit parcels that are up to 41cm x 38 cm x 64cm – and the maximum weight accepted is 15kg. To avoid any stuck parcels or damaged doors, please don’t try to force your parcel in if it’s a bit too snug.
