Whips and other large items can't travel by Royal Mail, Evri or InPost, so they go with DX, our large parcel courier. When your order includes a large item, the whole order travels by DX Express.

Delivering abroad
We send orders abroad with UPS, tracked all the way. Prices are in your local currency, and checkout shows your delivery price before you pay.
When will my order leave you?
Items marked Quick Despatch are in our warehouse: order them by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and they leave us the same day. Other items take the handling time shown on their product page, made-to-order items leave us within 2 weeks, and pre-orders leave on their release date.
We send your order once every item in it is ready, and checkout shows the estimated delivery dates before you pay.
How long does UK delivery take?
Once your order has left us:
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
- InPost Locker or Shop: 2–3 working days
We count Monday to Saturday as delivery days, not bank holidays.
How do I get free delivery?
Standard Delivery is free on UK orders over £75, or over £30 for GS Members. GS Members pay less for every delivery:

How are large items delivered?
Whips and other large items can't travel by Royal Mail, Evri or InPost, so they go with DX, our large parcel courier. When your order includes a large item, the whole order travels by DX Express, from £5.89 per order. Some areas add a zonal charge, once per order:
- Isle of Wight: £11.39 (+£5.50)
- Northern Ireland: £13.89 (+£8.00)
- Highlands: £14.89 (+£9.00)
- Republic of Ireland: £14.89 (+£9.00)
- Offshore Islands: £23.89 (+£18.00)
Checkout shows the price for your postcode before you pay.
Do prices differ for the Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland?
Standard and express delivery cost the same anywhere in the UK. Only large items, which travel by DX Express, add a zonal charge for some areas. Deliveries to remote areas can take an extra working day.
How do I track my parcel?
Every order is tracked. When your parcel leaves us we email you a tracking link to follow it to your door, locker or shop. Check your junk folder if you can't find it.
What happens if I'm out?
The courier leaves a card or a message saying where your parcel is, and your tracking link shows the same. InPost keeps your parcel for 3 days and texts you before the time is up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering and before your order has left us. After that you can return anything you don't need. An InPost locker can't be changed once you've ordered.
What if my parcel is late, damaged or missing?
Check your tracking link first. If it's later than expected, or it arrives damaged or with something missing, contact us within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and we'll sort it out with the courier.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, to Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and United States, with UPS and tracked all the way. Prices are in your local currency, and any import duties and taxes we collect are added at checkout. Liquids, gels, flammable items, whips, buckets and other oversized items can only be sent in the UK, so you won't see them when you shop from abroad.
Can I return something?
Yes. UK orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery: items should be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging. Made-to-order items can't be returned unless they're faulty. Orders from abroad can be returned within 45 days: email support@gsequestrian.com first.
