You may be offered 'Pay Later', but you’ll still be able to pay with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay or PayPal, as per the payment options offered via our current checkout. If you are offered the ‘Pay Later’ payment method, you can then pay via credit card or debit card, immediately after the order, or within 30 days of placing the order via the email, Klarna sends upon completing your checkout.

When you select 'Pay Later' at the checkout you can purchase with one click without adding any payment details. Once confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna explaining how to pay for your goods at a later date and we'll send out your order as usual. If you decide you're not happy with your order you can simply return it to us and the money will never leave your account.

Yes, If you have chosen to 'Pay Later', Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna with your card or with a bank transfer.

Neither Klarna nor GS Equestrian will run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run so-called unrecorded inquiries that do not affect credit scoring.

If you do not pay within 30 days of receiving your Klarna invoice you may be subject to charges; if you do not pay the balance within 14 days of receiving your invoice Klarna will send you a reminder, 14 days after your first reminder, if you do not pay the balance, Klarna will send you another reminder, followed by a third reminder 14 days after this if you have not paid the balance. If after 14 days from your third reminder you have still not paid the balance your details will be passed to a debt collection agency which may affect your credit rating. In addition, each reminder may carry an additional charge of up to £8.

If you chose to 'Pay Later', Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Simply enter your statement number into the payment page and follow the instructions. If you do not have your statement number to hand, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team.

As soon as we have received your cancellation or your return, the repayment will be processed within the next 14 days.

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card.


Instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by GS Equestrian and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Although Instalments is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history, and item availability.

To use Instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Instalments purchase early, simply log in here, go to the order page and select "Pay off early"

Once we has received the return (partial or full) and you have received a confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Instalments, you'll need to provide the following : - Your phone number - Email Address - Current billing address - A valid debit/credit card All correspondence would be sent to your email address however, your mobile number is required should we need to reach you. It's important that all this information is up to date otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Instalments purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, they will try again after seven days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further seven days (14 days after the date of the first attempt)

Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process. If you need to change the payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, head to your Instalments order and select "Change card", then enter your new card details.
