The Korsteel Flexi Mouth Jointed Eggbutt Snaffle Bit is designed to work on the bars and roof of the horse's mouth, utilizing a nutcracker action that is slightly softened by the plastic-covered mouthpiece. This unique design can help prevent the horse from getting its tongue over the bit, thanks to the higher nature of the bit mouthpiece when in use. The polyurethane-covered mouthpiece offers a warmer and softer touch, potentially encouraging horses to accept the bit more readily than a stainless steel mouthpiece.
Notably, the plastic-covered eggbutt snaffle is suitable for use in dressage competitions, providing a fairly mild bit strength for effective control. The bit is crafted from durable, non-toxic, flexible materials, ensuring longevity and adaptability while offering a comfortable communication channel between the rider and the horse.
Korsteel Flexi bits features:
- Durable, non-toxic, flexible and long lasting
- Warmer and more comfortable than metal, making it ideal for younger horses.
- durable, non-toxic, flexible and long lasting.
- soft and gentle in the horse's mouth.
- allows for flexible movement.
