This ELT Dover Raincoat is designed to offer maximum protection from the elements. It has an adjustable drawstring hood, cuffs with velcro fasteners, and inside leg straps for secure coverage while riding. It also offers a ventilation system and is water and windproof with taped seams, reflective details on the back, and a riding vent. It's made from 100% polyester.
