The Acavallo Piuma Aero Balance withers-free gel pad in EVA is an advanced technical solution designed to ensure maximum comfort, protection, and performance under the saddle. The integration of EVA material and the properties of Acavallo Gel creates a highly functional system that combines extreme lightness with effective shock absorption and distribution.
The structure minimizes the bulk between the saddle and the horse's back, promoting greater freedom of movement and a better fit. The shock-absorbing action of the gel works continuously during compression and release, helping to reduce pressure and protect the back.
The withers-free design is meant to leave the withers area completely free, avoiding unwanted compression and improving the saddle's weight distribution.
The structure is enhanced with gel inserts with hexagonal holes that promote excellent air circulation. The active ventilation system allows for continuous air exchange, keeping the back cool and dry.
Completing the pad is the Acavallo® faux sheepskin, which further contributes to the horse's well-being: it quickly absorbs moisture, reduces friction and rubbing and offers additional protection against compression.
