Blue Chip Low Calorie has been carefully formulated using the latest research on calorie control and nutrition. Low Calorie delivers minimal levels of starch and sugar whilst still providing all the essential nutrients required for a horse or pony on a calorie-controlled diet.
Combining all the high-quality ingredients of Blue Chip Feed Balancers PLUS added Cinnamon and L-Carnitine for supported weight loss. Low Calorie is extremely low in starch and sugar, 4 times less non-structural carbohydrates than many other similarly marketed products.
What are Super Concentrated Balancers?
A highly nutrient dense, pelleted functional balancer range, formulated to be fed in a small quantity to support weight management, alongside a fibre-based diet as nature intended. Manufactured with the same high-quality protein, vitamins, minerals, nutrients and probiotics as the rest of the Blue Chip feed balancer range. Whole grain and molasses free. Formulated to maintain daily health in all horses and ponies.
Feeding guidelines:
- 50g per day (1 scoop) – for ponies up to 14hh (143cm)
- 100g per day (2 scoops)– for ponies/horses between 14hh (143cm) and 16hh (163cm)
- 150g per day (3 scoops) – for horses over 16hh (163cm)
