Hestevard Pectilin

Pectilin is a complementary feed to assist with maintaining normal intestinal motility in horses, foals & weanlings.

Pectilin contains Kaolinitic Clay and Pectin to maintain intestinal motility, Fructo-Oligosaccharides to promote beneficial bacteria in the gastro intestinal system and Electrolytes.

This easy to use liquid formula may be added to the normal feed ration or filled into an oral syringe for feeding directly into the mouth of the horse, foal or weanling. Feed rates may be increased to a maximum of 80ml twice daily for foals & weanlings or 120ml twice daily for adult horses under the guidance of your Vet or Nutritionist.

Aids the maintenance of normal gut motility in horses, weanlings & foals.

• Binds liquids - Kaolinite clay slows down intestinal motility and binds fluids
• Feeds "Good" bacteria - High proportion of prebiotics (Fructo-Oligisaccharides) to increase the "good" bacteria in the intestine
  
• Normal faeces consistency - stimulates the retention of water and sodium in the large intestine

Instructions for proper use
Foals & Ponies: 10 ml twice daily
Adult horses: 20 ml twice daily (approximately 4 ml per 100 kg body weight)
Feed with the normal feed ration for a duration of 10-20 days.

1 litre provides a 50-day supply (30 ml/day).

FEI compliant / ADMR 48-hour withdrawal period

Suitable only for feeding horses. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze. The administration to sport horses may conflict with national equestrian sports regulations, so always check with the relevant authority. Please adhere to the feeding recommendations.
